Signet Jewelers, the world's largest diamond jewelry retailer, seeks a seasoned Visual Merchandising leader to elevate in-store presentation. This role drives VM standards, coordinates store openings, calibrates field execution, and collaborates with corporate partners to improve planograms and training.

The position focuses on field leadership, brand consistency, and strategic VM execution across hundreds of stores in the U.S. Requires travel and a track record of developing talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Visual Merchandising or multi-store retail.
• Strong analytical, observation, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM preparation and readiness for new, repositioned, and renovated stores.
• Conduct calibration visits to about 110 of 1,100 stores annually and report findings.
• Feed field insights into the planogram process and training content.
• Provide VM field support during annual planogram cycles.
• Coordinate with Store Development & Space Planning on timelines.
• Build relationships with field leadership to reinforce brand standards.
• Develop and maintain standardized store visit docs and calibration criteria.
