Responsibilities

  • Build and manage talent database in partnership with WBD Access to Action and Access teams to ensure CrewHQ can support as a catch all talent database for staffing and trainee opportunities.
  • Manage and run point on overall talent strategy, including development, outreach and engagement efforts in partnership with VP, Head of CrewHQ US.
  • Develop data philosophy in partnership with VP, Head of CrewHQ US, that supports CrewHQ’s execution of staffing and trainee placements and alumni touch points across creative and crew talent ecosystem.
  • Serve as a touch point with all existing and past CrewHQ program participants to ensure talent ecosystem is nurtured with consistent events and opportunities for continued skills development.
  • Manage CrewHQ US ‘CREWSLETTER’ and quarterly slate of programming, ensuring all production teams at WBTV, HBO and MPG and partner with Production Pathways manager in sharing with current crew memberss across WB productions as well as perspective talent.
  • Review event attendance and engagement surveys and create consistent feedback loop and reporting system to share impact of programs, workshops, and talent placements in advisory council meetings each quarter.
  • Support alumni tracking, engagement, and follow-up processes to help document longer-term participant outcomes and community impact.
  • Identify operational improvements that improve the experience of participants, partners, employees, and community stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Communications, Brand, Marketing, and Studio teams to support case studies, videos, marketing materials, success stories, impact reports, and external storytelling.
  • Serve as CrewHQ US point of contact for Social and Digital Strategy and footprint across CrewHQ socials in partnership with WBSO Marketing leaders and teams, ensuring CrewHQ US socials engage both CrewHQ alumni and potential talent.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for CrewHQ Burbank with support from the full time Office Coordinator, ensuring the facility’s systems and processes are consistently ready to support ongoing programs, meetings, partner engagements, and community events.
  • Serve as a key operational point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, community organizations, civic leaders, and visitors engaging with CrewHQ Burbank.
  • Manage processes for scheduling, logistics, room usage, event execution, partner visits, workshops, tours, and community engagement activities hosted or supported by CrewHQ, with support from the CrewHQ office coordinator.
  • Partner with Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor Relations, Public Affairs, Government Affairs, Studio Operations, Communications, Brand, Marketing, Inclusion, and People & Culture teams to support community impact and industry initiatives.
  • Track partner relationships, engagement activity, program calendars, event outcomes, follow-up actions, and key operational milestones.
  • Support regular reporting to CrewHQ leadership, advisory councils, and key stakeholders by gathering updates, metrics, stories, and impact data.

Your New Role…
This role will be responsible for managing the CrewHQ Talent strategy and day-to-day operations of Crew HQ on the Warner Bros Studios lot in Burbank. This role will work to ensure that our skills & training facility is consistently equipped to support programs, meetings, partner engagements, community and industry engagements and events.

In partnership with Production Pathways & Training Manager, CrewHQ and the VP, Head of CrewHQ US, this manager will drive CrewHQ US operations, partner engagement, event support, budget tracking, reporting, communications inputs, and impact storytelling in support of CrewHQ’s broader workforce and community mission, including partnering wherever possible with the CrewHQ UK team.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized operator and relationship builder who can manage talent database, development and engagement efforts, coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders, support events and programs, and help create an inclusive and high-quality experience for everyone engaging with CrewHQ.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $105,700.00 - $196,300.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
