As we continue to grow, WillScot is seeking a recruiting leader with a knack for Commercial, Corporate and Executive recruitment strategies. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and innovate our recruiting strategies, drive system and process improvements, strengthen our partnership with business teams, and manage relationships with executive search partners. You'll tackle unique challenges such as scaling commercial sales hiring practices, ensuring our process delivers exceptional hires, and evolving a seamless experience for our candidates and hiring managers across North America.
This role is part of our TA Leadership team and will be a key partner in transforming the way we recruit at WillScot.
