Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Strategy Manager to join our Strategy Office. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, transforming our enterprise to improve experiences for agents, consumers, and employees, and working closely with executive leadership to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to guide corporate transformation and growth initiatives.
  2. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmarking to support strategic decisions.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to improve organizational effectiveness.
  4. Project Leadership: Lead transformation projects, including process improvements and technology integrations.
  5. Workshops & Training: Facilitate sessions to build strategic capabilities within the organization.
  6. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track and communicate the progress of strategic initiatives.
  7. Communication & Alignment: Collaborate with communications teams to articulate strategy internally.
  8. Project & Business Case Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and the development of business cases.
  9. Lifecycle Support & KPI Establishment: Support decision-making throughout project lifecycles and define success metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy development, corporate transformation, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and change management best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Leadership qualities with strategic thinking and project management expertise.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to operate under ambiguity.
  • Experience in a matrixed environment and cross-unit collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital transformation, AI, and automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Financial analysis and business case development skills.
