Job summary

Qualifications

Job Overview

The Sr. Manager, Strategic Project Mgmt. leads complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to DePuy Synthes’ growth, transformation, and operational excellence. This role provides enterprise-level project leadership, translating strategy into execution while ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality. The position is highly visible, partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes, standardize best-in-class project practices, and enable sustainable change across the organization.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is

122,000.00 - 245,000.00 USD Annual

Additional Description for Pay Transparency

• Vacation - 120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado - 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - 56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - 13 days per calendar year
