The Sr. Manager of Solutions Engineering will oversee a team supporting sales within the Enterprise & Strategic sales teams, with expertise in Business IT environments, data networking, system administration, and security. The team also includes wireless networking specialists who support our engineering teams and client engagements.

This role involves engaging in senior-level presentations to strategic clients, supporting sales strategies, and managing solution design for complex opportunities. You will collaborate with various internal teams to meet company objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support enterprise clients, including Fortune 1000 and Global 500 companies, within a specific region.
  • Participate in client meetings, including executive briefings and onsite visits.
  • Create solutions for client review and develop strategies to expand solutions and overcome challenges.
  • Present T-Mobile’s network capabilities and product roadmap to clients.
  • Demonstrate solutions, provide technical guidance for RFPs, and collaborate with sales teams to improve regional and national performance.
  • Manage client relationships, support pilots, and oversee solution design for complex opportunities.
Education & Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years wireless technology experience, including product development, marketing, sales, and services.
  • 5-7 years leadership experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Technical leadership, project management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales methodologies experience and proficiency with business applications.
  • Strategic leadership capabilities.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; U.S. citizenship required for this role, with documentation needed within 7 days of hire.

Travel: No
Pay Range: $112,490 - $202,860 (base); $160,700 - $289,800 (total target cash). Pay varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. For specific pay info, visit this link.
