Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Channel Sales, Industrial Solutions, drives growth through strategic partnerships with distributors and resellers in sectors like cabling, wiring, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing sales strategies, navigating complex partner organizations, providing tailored training, and identifying new business opportunities.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in technology sales, channel partner sales, and at least 2 years in AutoID or Mobility space, including end-user sales and IT distribution.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication, organizational skills, ability to navigate complex organizations, create solutions, and collaborate effectively.
