As the Sr. Manager of Solutions Engineering, your responsibility will encompass leading a team of T-Mobile's Solutions Engineers who support sales professionals within the Enterprise & Strategic sales teams. Our premier Solutions Engineering team possesses deep expertise in Business IT environments. The T-Mobile Solution Engineering (SE) team comprises individuals with proven success in data networking, system administration, and security, enabling effective communication with T-Mobile's business clients on their terms. Each SE has cultivated in-depth knowledge within the wireless networking domain and can assist T-Mobile’s engineering teams as wireless data experts in their respective markets.
The Sr. Solutions Engineering Manager often engages in senior-level presentations to T-Mobile's strategic clients, offering the managerial insight necessary to aid sales teams in closing key accounts. This role focuses on Sales/Product strategies, including initiatives aimed at driving profitability and safeguarding and expanding the Enterprise and Strategic account base. This leader will maintain strategic partnerships with business collaborators to meet company objectives effectively. Internal collaborations will include interactions with Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Training leadership teams.
