Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Washington state is seeking a senior software leader within Enterprise Technology to guide software engineering, data, and architecture practices across multi-functional teams.

You will organize Agile ceremonies, set objectives, hire and mentor engineers, partner with product managers, and drive the internal roadmap to support space vehicle development. This role demands delivering robust, scalable software solutions in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading software development teams.
• 5+ years deploying sophisticated production systems.
• Solid understanding of the software engineering lifecycle including coding standards, configuration management, deployment, testing, and operations.
