Job summary

Mindlance seeks a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead a complex enterprise acquisition/integration initiative within Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM). The role requires cross-functional coordination across ESM, HR, Technology/Cyber, Finance and Procurement, with executive-level updates and recommendations.

The candidate will drive programs independently, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Project/Program Management experience.
• Senior/Lead-level project leadership experience.
• Richmond, VA local and available onsite 3 days/week.
