Job Description
As the Sr. Manager, Product, you will oversee all aspects of Product Management, including intake and prioritization of new product and product enhancement requests, drafting coverage forms, and managing the filings process. You will develop and recommend product management and filings policies, procedures, and standards. Additionally, you will support the development and implementation of process and control improvements to ensure Member growth and profitability.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee research, development, and maintenance of coverage forms.
- Ensure timely and compliant filings and the implementation of approved forms and rates, maintaining very low error rates.
- Handle state filings objections effectively.
- Collaborate on the development of the Product Roadmap, including prioritization and scheduling.
- Coordinate communication of product and rate changes to internal staff and support external communications.
- Participate in selecting and implementing tools and systems to support product management and filings processes.
- Continuously identify and implement process and control improvements.
- Coordinate communication of process changes within the organization.
- Participate in the implementation of approved initiatives.
- Serve as SME on various committees and task forces as needed.
- Ensure the implementation of Commercial Systems enhancements supporting Product Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and training.
- Minimum of 8 years of Commercial Underwriting and Product Management experience, preferably in the Non-profit or Organization sectors.
- At least 4 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Proficiency in advanced product management and team management within the commercial P&C insurance field.
- Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment of the markets served.
- Strong analytical skills for data comparison and report preparation.
- Thorough knowledge of the Commercial Property and Casualty environment.

Compensation:
- $100,500 - $167,500 depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility.
- $110,700 - $184,500 in CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, and PA, plus bonus eligibility.
