Job Description

As the Sr. Manager, Product, you will oversee all aspects of Product Management, including intake and prioritization of new product and enhancement requests, drafting coverage forms, and managing the filings process. You will develop and recommend product management and filings policies, procedures, and standards, and support the implementation of process improvements to ensure Member growth and profitability.

Accountabilities

• Oversee research, development, and maintenance of coverage forms.
• Ensure timely, compliant filings and implementation of forms and rates with low error rates.
• Handle state filings objections effectively.
• Collaborate on Product Roadmap development, prioritization, and scheduling.
• Communicate product and rate changes internally and externally.
• Select and implement tools to support product management and filings.
• Identify and implement process and control improvements.
• Coordinate communication of process changes.
• Participate in initiative implementation and committee/task force assignments.
• Support Commercial Systems enhancements for Product Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in Commercial Underwriting and Product Management, preferably in Non-profit or Religious sectors.
• At least 4 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of product management practices in the P&C insurance field.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory environments.
• Analytical skills for data comparison and reporting.
• Thorough knowledge of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
• Leadership, presentation skills, and clear communication abilities.
• Flexible, solutions-oriented, with strategic insight.

Compensation

• $100,500 - $167,500 plus bonus, based on experience.
• In CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA: $110,700 - $184,500 plus bonus.
