A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Sr. Manager for Platform and System in Global Customer Engagement Training. The GCET organization is built to meet commercial customer-facing learners where they are by deploying innovative, multimodal approaches to deliver best in class learning content that spans roles, brands, and topics.
The Platform & System Specialist will plan, execute, and ensure platform and technical solutions are understood, coordinated, and executed within the GCET learning technology (Degreed, Axonify, etc.) and broader system portfolio. Reporting to the Learning Effectiveness Lead, the role will work within the broader GCET Platform and System group, work closely with Pfizer Digital, the GCET training team and other key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical solutions that deliver successful training campaigns and elevate the learning and career experience for customer facing colleagues and their leaders.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
