A leading health organization seeks a Director of Care Professional Engagement to enhance the impact in long-term care settings. The role involves strategic conference planning, provider engagement, and representing the Association in various forums. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in dementia care and leadership roles, driving initiatives that improve care standards and provider relationships.
The Director, Care Professional Engagement provides leadership to expand the Alzheimer’s Association’s impact in long-term and community-based settings, supporting product development, sales growth, and provider engagement. As the Association's subject matter expert on long-term care, the Director may represent the Association in media, conferences, and industry discussions advocating for evidence-based dementia care. They oversee and deliver the care conference strategy, product sales and growth in community partnerships at the national level.
Responsibilities
Build & Implement a High-Impact Conference Strategy to Drive Awareness, Growth & Engagement in Long-Term Care
Expand, and Monetize the Dementia Care Provider Roundtable (led by HS)
Serve as Project ECHO Subject Matter Expert for Long-Term Care
Drive Provider Engagement and Expansion in Long-Term Care

Full time based on 37.5 hours per week minimum
Position Grade & Compensation: Grade 511 The Alzheimer's Association’s good faith expectation for the salary range for this role is between $118,000 - $125,000
This position is eligible for a bonus based on both individual and organizational performance, up to 6%
