This role requires 10+ years in strategy or consumer lending, a bachelor’s degree with master's preferred, and strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, product management, personal loans, consumer lending, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of consumer lending, credit risk, lending economics, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Proven experience developing and executing growth and market expansion strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the personal loan business across new customer segments, markets, and distribution channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and expansion opportunities.
• Evaluate new products, pricing strategies, partnerships, and distribution opportunities to improve portfolio growth and profitability.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to financial performance, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Credit Risk, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates.
• Leverage data analytics to improve lending strategies, underwriting efficiency, and portfolio performance.
• Identify cross-sell, up-sell, and customer lifetime value opportunities.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop relationships with fintechs, financial institutions, and external distribution partners.

• Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 depending on experience
