Glocomms is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion CX leader and strategist to own the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of a global Oracle customer experience environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders while driving large-scale transformation across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, consulting, enterprise applications, or IT leadership.
• 4+ years of leadership experience within Oracle SaaS environments.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion CX professional to own the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of a global Oracle customer experience environment. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders while driving large-scale transformation initiatives across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

Working across multiple business functions, this individual will help shape the future of the organization's sales technology ecosystem, oversee major Oracle Cloud initiatives, and lead teams responsible for delivering scalable solutions that improve business performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, consulting, enterprise applications, or IT leadership.
• 4+ years of leadership experience within Oracle SaaS environments.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale Oracle Fusion CX or CRM transformation programs within complex enterprise environments.
• Background in management consulting, particularly within a Big 4 or global technology consulting organization.
• Experience owning global Lead-to-Cash business processes and supporting sales organizations at scale.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams, third-party partners, and large implementation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application integration, digital transformation, and business process optimization.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic technology decisions.
• Oracle Fusion CX certifications or advanced Oracle Cloud expertise.
