Job description

As the Senior Manager, OMP Integration and Data Analytics, you will serve as the program-level technical and strategic lead for OMP enhancements. Working closely with the Product Owner, OMP SMEs, and Scrum Master, you will own the integration architecture between OMP and other tools like SAP, Aera, Power BI. You will drive enterprise-wide stakeholder alignment, and oversee the analytics and value measurement capabilities that demonstrate business impact. You will collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, KHC IT, OMP, KHC Finance, and our Center of Excellence. You will help manage the OMP vendor relationship, participate in integration design decisions, and serve as a senior voice on what risks exist, and how to mitigate them. You will also oversee the data and analytics infrastructure that connects to OMP — including Snowflake SQL, Power BI, and AI‑assisted analysis — that enables the team to measure value, surface insights, and inform prioritization. Post‑implementation, you are accountable for demonstrating that enhancements delivered expected business value. As the senior leader on an Agile team, you will set the tone for how the program operates — driving prioritization decisions, removing blockers, and ensuring the team delivers against KPIs. You will bring a solutions‑oriented mindset and use Agile tools such as Jira to manage the backlog and track delivery progress.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • IT Integration & Technical Architecture (40%): Serve as a senior technical SME on end-to-end OMP and SAP integration — leading architecture decisions like building solutions inside or outside of OMP, identifying integration risks, guiding system design, and helping to manage the OMP vendor relationship to ensure delivery meets expectations.
  • Program Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment (20%): Drive cross-functional alignment across KHC IT, Finance, business stakeholders, and the Center of Excellence; lead change management, go‑live onboarding, and process rollout in partnership with Workstream leads.
  • Value Measurement & Analytics (40%): Own the end-to-end value tracking strategy for OMP enhancements — defining measurement frameworks, building and maintaining reporting in Power BI and Snowflake SQL, leveraging AI tools to analyze data and surface insights, and validating that enhancements deliver expected business outcomes.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
  • Proven leadership and decision-making ability with a focus on continuous OMP improvement.
  • Deep workstream expertise with the ability to guide discussions and foster a forward-thinking, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to operate at macro, meso, and micro process levels and connect them into a cohesive end-to-end view.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to lead workstream discussions, drive decisions, and constructively push back when needed.
  • Deep SAP and OMP integration expertise, including the ability to lead architecture decisions, identify system risks, and guide end-to-end integration design.
  • 5–7 years of experience in supply/materials planning or IT integration; supply chain planning background a plus.
  • Experience with budget creation and management a plus; strong change management skills to drive strategy and maximize tool value.
  • Agile/Scrum experience; proven ability to lead an Agile team as a senior contributor.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and Power BI for building and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to analyze and parse data and solve complex business problems required.
