The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is hiring a Project Manager to lead product formula and packaging changes across North American units. You will develop timelines, coordinate resources, and serve as the main contact for stakeholders while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in PM within a consumer-focused environment, strong English communication, and experience with PLM/PDM and Stage Gate processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a consumer-first environment with at least 2 years in project management.
• Experience using MS Project, Excel, SAP or Monday.com for PM workflows.
• Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships across peers, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication in English and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced priorities, and solution orientation.
• Results-driven, with strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

• Responsible for the project management ofproductformulaand packagingrelated changesacrossthe North American Business Units

• Develop and maintain projecttimelinesandplansto ensure successful execution

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals

• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with project requirements

• Define, document, and manage project scope to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and organizational objective

• Troubleshoot system and process related bottlenecks and elevate corrective actions needed to PMO leadership teamas well asrelevantfunctional teams

Expected Experience& Required Skills

• 3+years experiencein a consumer-first environment with a minimum of2years directly related to Project Management responsibilities

• Utilizedproject management software and tools such as MS Project,Excel, SAPor Monday.com

• Experience in building, growing, and strengthening stakeholder relationships including but limited to peers, vendors and cross-functional teams through effective communication(fluent English), collaboration and conflict resolution to drive business success

• Maintains a growth mindset that embraces challenges, values feedback and prioritizes continuous learning and improvement

Work Environment & Schedule

Role requires5 days/weekwith hybrid flexibility to workremote2days/week.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
