Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Marketing Compliance to lead the review and governance of customer-facing marketing materials, ensuring messaging aligns with legal and regulatory requirements.

The role partners with legal, regulatory, and cross-functional marketing teams to guide compliant communications while streamlining review workflows. The remote position offers a competitive compensation package and exposure to a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare space.

Formación

• 7-8+ years in marketing operations, business affairs, or a similar role.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly legal and regulatory teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Marketing Compliance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead the review and governance of customer-facing marketing materials to help ensure messaging aligns with legal and regulatory requirements. The position partners closely with legal, regulatory, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders to guide compliant communications while supporting efficient review workflows. The right candidate will bring strong judgment, exceptional detail orientation, and the ability to improve processes in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
