They are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to build and lead their internal marketing function from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about shaping the future of marketing efforts.In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage key initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality creative outputs. Expertise in project management, content creation, and design is essential, along with the ability to ensure brand consistency and enhance visibility. Additionally, you will oversee and manage digital platforms, ensuring they are optimized for engagement, performance, and alignment with broader marketing goals.This is a remote position; candidates must be based on the East Coast or in the Midwest of the United States.*Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the marketing function, developing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage content creation for digital platforms, email marketing, and events.
• Create marketing collateral, email designs, and event materials.
• Ensure consistent brand identity by maintaining style guides and standards.
• Collaborate with operations, stakeholders, product, and design teams to produce high-quality creative outputs.
• Lead and optimize email marketing campaigns and SEO strategies.
• Drive brand growth through strong project management and understanding of the full marketing life cycle.
• Research industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

*Qualifications:

• Min 6 years of experience, with 3+ years in a corporate marketing environment.
• Proven experience in building a marketing function from the ground up.
• Strong content writing, project management, and design skills.
• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industries is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Must be based on the East Coast or in the Midwest of the United States.
