Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Compliance to join the Integrated Marketing team. You will ensure that marketing materials meet legal and regulatory standards and partner with product marketing, creative, and channel leads to apply guidelines to customer-facing content.

The role requires deep understanding of guidelines with meticulous attention to detail, and you will help implement a cohesive intake system and best-practices documentation across categories.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years in marketing operations, business affairs, or equivalent roles.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including legal/regulatory exposure.
• Expert-level attention to detail with ability to apply concepts to output.
• Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Compliance to join our Integrated Marketing team. This candidate will work closely with Product Marketing, Creative, and consumer-facing channel leads to ensure that our marketing materials meet legal and regulatory standards. This individual will have a deep understanding of our guidelines and how they apply to marketing messages and customer-facing materials. Success in this role is the application of guidelines paired with an expert level of attention to detail.

You Will:

• Review each piece of customer-facing material to ensure compliance with our legal guidelines
• Embrace AI as a support tool for marketing review
• Be a partner to cross-functional teams and provide guidance on messaging based on a grasp of legal and regulatory concepts
• Exercise good judgment on when to elevate an issue for further review and discussion with the SVP and other senior members of the team
• Lead documentation of best practices that is aggregated across product categories and marketing assets
• Develop an intake system for requests from all team members
• Partner with the legal team on new rules and regulations that come out

You Have:

• 7-8+ years in a marketing operations, business affairs, or equivalent role

• Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
