Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Head of Compliance Services to join our leadership team in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape and lead a compliance services function that supports regulated project delivery and client success across the life sciences environment.

You will own service offerings, go-to-market direction, and financial performance while partnering with internal teams and customers. This is a remote role with high growth potential and market-competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical STEM discipline.
• 15+ years in GMP-regulated environments managing service line projects.
• 10+ years in professional services and consulting.
• 7+ years in business development and customer relations.
• Expert knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage service line offerings and go-to-market strategy.
• Oversee annual P&L including revenue growth and margin targets.
• Lead project work as a subject matter expert and project manager.
• Ensure project delivery meets customer and organizational goals.
• Support lead generation and contract scope assessment activities.
