Job Objective

The Sr Manager Human Resources is a senior-level role responsible for planning, developing, designing, and implementing HR programs, policies, and practices that support business goals while ensuring compliance with corporate HR and regulatory standards. This role involves working with business leaders to develop HR strategies, coaching managers on building company culture, and leading a team of HR staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop leadership capabilities in employee relations, investigations, talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and implement HR strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are compliant and administered equitably.
  • Collaborate with recruiting to source, interview, and onboard new talent.
  • Manage HR processes related to compensation, performance, engagement, DE&I, etc.
  • Consult with leaders and employees to improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and manage the Human Resources budget.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
  • HR certification preferred.

  • Understanding of people management and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of organizational goals and practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Responsible for direct reports.
