How You'll Make an Impact

The Senior Manager, HR Technology & Analytics, is a data-driven strategic thinker. This position is critical in transforming human capital data into actionable insights that drive workforce decisions and strategies. It encompasses operational aspects of People Services (HR), systems, vendors, programs, and automation. This role works closely with People Services leadership, business leaders, and external partners to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and outstanding team member experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in analytics, business intelligence, and HR data systems, along with a strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary plus benefits

What You'll Do

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)

People Services (HR) Technology & Analytics:

  • Manage and enhance technology systems, including HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and performance management tools, ensuring they support business needs.
  • Leverage data and analytics to uncover insights on employee trends, drive decision-making, measure department effectiveness, and provide strategic insights regarding retention risk and performance to leadership.
  • Enhance and maintain dashboards and reports that track key team members overall and specific metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, engagement, compensation, performance).
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies related to employee information.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of People Services data across systems; champion data stewardship within the People Services function.
  • Evaluate and implement analytics tools and platforms that support scalable, real-time workforce analytics.

People Services (HR) Operations & Service Delivery:

  • Optimize operations, ensuring seamless service delivery in areas such as HRIS (Paylocity), benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Implement operational strategies that align with company goals and drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with M&A activities including data analytics, integration execution, stakeholder communications, documentation and reporting.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure operations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks related to employment practices, policies, and data management.
  • Lead audits, reporting, and compliance-related initiatives to maintain integrity and accountability.

Compensation & Benefits Reporting:

  • Collaborate with Total Rewards leadership to optimize compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data for payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Drive continuous improvement in benefits and payroll operations, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.

Vendor, Program and Process Improvement & Transformation:

  • Manage vendors and facilitate contract processes and evaluation.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and automation of processes.
  • Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with People Services business partners and other stakeholders to drive alignment and effectiveness.
  • Offer guidance to senior leadership on operational matters.

What You Need

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources analytics, HRIS, workforce planning, or related field.
  • 2+ years in a HR leadership role
  • Deep expertise in People Services or Human Capital technology, shared services, data analytics, reporting and technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multiple HRIS and ATS systems and other HR systems (design, configuration and enhancements)
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced healthcare start-up company
  • Experience leading large-scale (HR) process improvements and digital transformations
  • Experience in developing and operationalizing scalable sustainable company-wide processes and operations

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Expert level experience in Excel, Reporting (such as Power BI, Tableau), Dashboards and other data warehouse technology.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to lead change, coach guide and counsel leaders through change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Work in a corporate setting with close collaboration with executives and senior management
  • Ability to drive change initiatives while balancing business needs and leader engagement

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, team members are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and to talk and hear. Team members may be occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Team members must occasionally lift, push, and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is considered remote with possible travel to practice locations in other states. The noise level in the work environment is typical of an office setting.
