Supermicro is looking for a results-oriented and experienced (Sr.) Manager, HR/Recruiting to join our Human Resources team and lead the recruiting team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating a talent acquisition framework that aligns with business goals and direction. The role will lead a team of recruiters, drive performance, optimize processes, and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, and utilize data to drive decision making, and process innovation to enhance hiring efficiency, quality, and diversity.
This position will be based out of headquarter office in San Jose, CA which requires work on-site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.
Salary Range$150,000 - $210,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
