PSEG Long Island LLC in Melville, NY seeks an experienced Head of HR Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end HR services, payroll, benefits and HRIS initiatives. You will partner with HR leadership, finance and IT to align operational infrastructure with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements.

This position is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end HR operational functions. The role oversees HR service delivery, HR systems, payroll operations, employee services, benefits and leave administration, and process optimization to ensure compliant, efficient and employee-centered operations. The position partners with HR leadership, finance, IT and business stakeholders to align HR operational infrastructure with organizational strategy and enterprise initiatives.
