The role you will contribute:
The Senior Manager of Health Information Management (HIM) of Document Integrity is responsible for managing, leading, and implementing activities of the HIM team related to document imaging and chart recovery processes, including chart recovery, reconciliation, scanning/storage, analysis, and medical record merging throughout the Central Florida Division-South (CFD-S). The role involves coordination, communication, change management, and sound business decision-making. Through effective leadership, the goal is to produce sustainable results and foster an engaging environment where all employees contribute to the team's success. Maintaining confidentiality of employee, patient, administrative, and medical staff information is essential, along with adherence to corporate compliance and all applicable regulations. The role also involves active participation in outstanding customer service and relationship maintenance with all stakeholders.
