The role you will contribute:
The Senior Manager of Health Information Management (HIM) of Document Integrity is responsible for managing, leading, and implementing the activities and initiatives of the HIM team for document imaging and chart recovery processes, including chart recovery, reconciliation, scanning/storage, analysis, and medical record merging throughout the Central Florida Division-South (CFD-S). The role involves coordination, communication, change management, and sound business decision-making. Through effective leadership, the goal is to produce sustainable results while fostering an engaging atmosphere where all employees contribute to the team's success. Maintains and promotes confidentiality of employee, patient, administrative, and medical staff information, adhering to all applicable regulations and compliance standards. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders.
