Stanley Black & Decker in Valley City, OH is seeking a Sr. Manager GCE - Manufacturing Controls Engineering onsite to lead a global standards engineering team.

You’ll baseline operations, develop and enforce global manufacturing standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, engineering background, and up to 25% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience leading resources and technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards.
• Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work with a global team both in person and remotely.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and take on challenges.
• Domestic and international travel up to 25%.
