Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Experience leading resources and technical projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards.
• Ability to work with a global team and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of engineers to baseline operations across core competencies.
• Oversee standards generation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage resources and schedules for timely delivery of standards.
• Develop global standards documentation and archiving systems.
• Create communication plans and implement digital tools for standard communication.
• Collaborate with automation and functional safety teams to evolve standards.
• Produce education materials and training on new standards for Manufacturing Ops.
• Lead safety risk engineers for new equipment and risk reduction.
• Identify and resolve equipment safety risks with engineering teams.
