Haemonetics, based in Massachusetts, is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Operations Finance to lead core FP&A processes from monthly close to the annual operating plan, partnering with COO organizations worldwide. The role blends finance leadership with technology-enabled transformation and real-time analytics.
You will define and drive automation of reporting, develop dashboards, and work with IT and external experts on Oracle Cloud implementation.

The pay range for this role is:
$124,300.00-$211,700.00/Annual
The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.
Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

Reporting to the VP, Global Operations Finance, the Senior Manager will act as the leader and central point of contact for all core financial planning and analysis processes and communications supporting the COO-lead organizations (Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Regulatory Affairs). This role will set the direction for our global team, partnering closely with Corporate FP&A and Accounting teams to develop, deliver and continuously improve all recurring standard financial reporting processes including month-end close, quarterly forecasts, monthly & quarterly operating reviews, the Annual Operating Plan, and the annual multi-year Strategic Plan.
This role will spearhead definition, prioritization and execution of all technology-enabled finance transformation and process optimization initiatives for the COO Finance organization partnering closely with IT, finance & accounting colleagues and potentially external experts. This provides a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of building and modernizing our group capabilities for the future.
The successful candidate will bring a passion and proven capabilities in: (1) designing and managing financial reporting, planning and analytics processes, (2) developing trusted business partner relationships ideally within a global manufacturing & supply chain function, and (3) partnering with technical teams to translate complex financial reporting and analytics requirements into technology requirements for efficient solution delivery.
The role will begin as an individual contributor with potential to build and lead a small team of Financial Analysts over-time.
