Haemonetics seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the global service organization by leading financial processes, close, forecast, budgets, and performance analysis. You will automate reports and provide real-time analysis to guide decision making.
The role involves partnering with service leadership, driving KPI dashboards, and delivering monthly P&L insights. If remote, commuting to Boston HQ weekly may be required.

The pay range for this role is:
$78,400.00-$133,400.00/Annual
The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

The Senior Financial Analyst is a trusted adviser to the global service organization leadership team, providing real-time support and analysis to assist in decision making. The Sr. Financial Analyst is also responsible for improving overall financial process, automate reports and analysis using appropriate tools.
Please note that if this position is qualified for Remote working status it will require commuting in the Boston HQ once per week.
