Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Development for Final Mile Solutions to steer end-to-end product lifecycle, aligning delivery tech with business goals. You’ll bridge transportation operations, customer experience, IT, and vendors to drive scalable, value-driven delivery solutions.

You will lead a cross-functional team, set priorities, and engage with executives to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery improvements and strong client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for final-mile delivery capabilities.
• Lead a team and prioritize the product backlog for final-mile systems.
• Drive market and user research to inform feature design and long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide executive-level updates and risk assessments on milestones.
• Oversee release planning and platform upgrades with change-management plans.
