Job summary

Suddath is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Development – Final Mile Solutions to lead the strategic vision and delivery of advanced final‑mile technology platforms.

You will guide the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, align with transportation and customer experience goals, and advocate for scalable, value‑driven delivery solutions with internal and external partners. In this role you’ll own roadmaps, work with IT, operations, and vendors, and drive customer‑centric innovation while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, CS, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as Product Owner/Manager for transportation/final-mile tech.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Certification in Product Ownership, PMP or Agile methodologies preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the transportation/final-mile product lifecycle.
• Experience with distributed/remote teams and client engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance in deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for final‑mile delivery capabilities.
• Lead a team and backlog across features, integrations, and deployments.
• Perform market and user research on routing, visibility, and throughput.
• Build relationships with internal partners, carriers, and clients as voice of the customer.
• Translate requirements into scalable technology solutions for last‑mile operations.
• Provide executive updates, risk assessments, and go-to-green plans.
