Sr. Manager, Support Teams
Purpose/ Summary: Lead and oversee the Support functions for NAQC to achieve organizational goals and KPIs. Responsible for all functions related to facilities, technicians, purchasing, and admin services. Review all relevant policies and procedures to ensure full compliance. Ensure the facility is maintained to a high standard and provides the tools and environment to empower the organization to achieve KPIs. Manage support staff to ensure they maintain applicable certifications and fully support all engineering work.
