The FIT Intermediary Servicing team within the FIPBE Technology organization is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Engineering who blends technology and business expertise with a passion for coaching and leading teams and delivering results. This position requires a talented leader and collaborator, who demonstrates analytical thinking, active listening, and champions innovation. In this role, you will manage two delivery teams, each consisting of approximately 6-8 team members, providing leadership and oversight to support successful delivery.
This dynamic team will build and support a wide array of best-in-class customer-facing products developed in partnership with the Operations and Services Group. Our team is innovative, diverse, passionate, compassionate, self-driven, and customer obsessed.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
