Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a Senior DC Operations Manager to lead a team of operations and facilities managers, driving on-time customer commitments and efficient warehouse performance. The role balances workloads, analyzes data, and collaborates across departments to implement cost controls and safety standards.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, capital planning support, and preparing for annual business cycles in partnership with the Building Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred for leadership roles in warehouse operations.
• 6+ years of senior leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and capex expenditures; driving continuous improvement.

Job OverviewThe Senior DC Operations Manager will lead a group of operations and facilities managers to ensure all operational targets are met while continually adjusting and adapting to the changing job priorities. Balancing workloads between all warehouse departments is necessary in maximizing workflow, to meet customer commitments and deadlines, establishing building goals are important.In partnership with the building Director and peers, preparation for the multiple business cycles throughout the year is a primary responsibility.
