The Senior Manager, Change Enablement is responsible for leading change strategy and execution for large-scale strategic initiatives across Marketing & Communications, a 700+ person organization. This role designs and executes change strategies that drive adoption, readiness, and sustained behavior change across people, process, and technology transformations.
The Senior Manager partners closely with MarComm leaders, program teams, and functional and business stakeholders to assess change impacts, build stakeholder alignment, manage resistance, and enable successful delivery of initiatives. Success in this role depends on influencing without direct authority across a large, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own the change strategy and roadmap — develop and execute change approaches, translating business needs into clear change objectives, plans and measurable outcomes.
Drive impact and readiness assessment — translate future-state process and technology designs into people/process/behavior impacts, run structured impact and readiness assessments by stakeholder group, and maintain an impact heat map across the 700+ person org.
Own sponsorship and stakeholder alignment — build and run sponsor engagement plans, coach MCLT and senior leaders on visible sponsorship, act as trusted advisor on complex change, and align initiative leads on impacts and priorities across teams.
Direct enablement and training strategy — deliver role-based training and job aids with enablement and training partners, keeping messaging consistent without overloading the business.
Define and track change effectiveness — set adoption/usage/value-realization metrics and reporting routines that give leaders visibility into what's working and where to intervene.
Embed change into PMO governance — make change risk and readiness a standing input to program reviews, with one methodology applied consistently across initiatives.
Build reusable change infrastructure — playbooks, tools, and templates that drive consistency and efficiency across the org.
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years in change management or organizational effectiveness, ideally in marketing, communications, or creative operations
Prosci/CCMP certification preferred; strong process mapping and business-analysis skills
Proven track record owning change independently (not as part of a larger change team) at comparable scale
Executive-level stakeholder management; influence without authority across a large, distributed team
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
