Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze current supply chain planning & supply chain execution processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Help design and implement scalable process enhancements using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Sales, PLM, Order Management, Demand Management, Supply Management, Procurement, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Shipping) to align process improvements with business goals.
- Systems & Data Management
- Serve as a key liaison between business users and IT for supply chain systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle ASCP, Reporting).
- Support or manage projects, testing, and deployment for new features or enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across planning and execution systems.
- Project Management
- Lead or support supply chain-related projects, including system upgrades, process redesigns, and automation initiatives.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and training materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in a business process or systems analyst role within supply chain or operations.
Preferred Experience
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain planning, replenishment planning, inventory optimization and order promising processes.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Collaboration
- Understanding of capacity planning
- Strong understanding of procurement, receiving & warehouse, manufacturing and order fulfilment processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines).
