Coherent Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Process Development to elevate supply chain planning, inventory optimization and order fulfillment through data‑driven process improvements.

You will bridge business needs with IT solutions in a cross‑functional environment. You will lead analyses, design scalable changes, and collaborate with ERP, BI and operations teams to drive performance, data integrity and measurable improvements across planning and execution systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business process or systems analyst role within supply chain or operations.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain planning, replenishment planning, inventory optimization and order promising processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and data visualization platforms like Power BI.
• Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation tools and demand forecasting processes.

  • Analyze current supply chain planning & supply chain execution processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  
  
  • Help design and implement scalable process enhancements using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  
  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Sales, PLM, Order Management, Demand Management, Supply Management, Procurement, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Shipping) to align process improvements with business goals.

  • Serve as a key liaison between business users and IT for supply chain systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle ASCP, Reporting).
  
  
  • Support or manage projects, testing, and deployment for new features or enhancements.

  • Lead or support supply chain-related projects, including system upgrades, process redesigns, and automation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of procurement, receiving & warehouse, manufacturing and order fulfilment processes.


• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).


• Proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.


• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines).
