Location: Boulder, CO (Remote work permitted within the U.S.)

Position Overview:

Enveda Therapeutics seeks a Sr. Manager, Business Development to join our team. The role involves developing messaging strategies for our platform technology, identifying strategic partners, creating presentation assets, and assisting in negotiations for licensing deals and partnerships. The position requires 10-15% domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and pressure-test messaging strategies related to our platform technology and assets.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners and business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with scientific stakeholders to create clear and compelling slide decks and assets for business development.
  4. Assist in negotiating and executing licensing agreements, strategic partnerships, and other transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields, with 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with:
    • Using Evaluate Pharma platform for drug-related questions and strategic planning.
    • Conducting market research and understanding pharmaceutical industry regulations.
    • Analyzing financial data and market trends through sources like AlphaSense, 10-K/10-Q reports, DealForma.
    • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
    • Using Guidepoint & GLG for insights, and FDA & EMA websites for regulatory knowledge.
    • CRM software proficiency for managing partner interactions and customer data.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
