Overview

We’re seeking a Sr. Manager, Brand Campaigns to lead strategy and execution for our high-visibility consumer campaigns. This role involves collaborating with Brand, Product, Media, Creative, and Communications teams to develop impactful brand campaigns.

As part of the Brand Strategy team, you’ll develop strategies that foster brand love and reinforce our market position. This is a remote contractor role reporting to the Head of Brand Strategy.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Instacart brand and lead major campaigns, including Seasonal and Evergreen initiatives.

About The Job
  • Collaborate with the Media team to develop media strategies that drive results and build brand equity.
  • Work closely with Product Management to ensure campaign readiness across product touchpoints.
  • Partner with Analytics to develop measurement frameworks for campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Organic Social, Influencer, and Activation teams to extend campaigns into new spaces for shareability and earned media.
  • Gather data, derive insights, and identify strategic opportunities to impact business growth.
  • Innovate in brand applications touching consumers and culture through partnerships, collaborations, and activations.
  • Advocate for brand thinking across campaigns and ensure alignment with our community values.
  • Continuously analyze competitors and identify white space opportunities.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7+ years in brand management/strategy
  • At least 2 years leading consumer campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging at senior levels
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Understanding of marketing functions and paid media landscapes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights and data-driven campaign development
  • Experience creating cross-channel marketing plans
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and adaptable in various work environments
