As a Sr. Manager, BPS Tax, you will lead client tax reporting services, tax information reporting operations, and implementation initiatives that support complex financial services and retirement tax reporting programs. You will oversee teams responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely tax reporting solutions while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in tax reporting processes across multiple jurisdictions and client environments. Success is measured through operational performance, client outcomes, regulatory adherence, and continuous process improvement.

The pay range for this full-time position is $108,230.00 - $184,000.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
