Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. In-depth Banking Knowledge is required. Analytical and problem solving skills are required. Leadership and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals and to manage and motivate team members towards the goals set. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills are required. A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required. Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) is preferred.
$85,900 - 145,900 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
