A technology solutions provider in Massachusetts seeks a candidate with extensive experience in Lync Unified Communications, specifically 3 years in a complex environment. This role does not seek Exchange administrators with Lync experience only, emphasizing a strong technical foundation in Lync.

Overview

The candidates should have Lync Unified Communications with Enterprise Voice. We are NOT looking for Exchange administrators with Lync on the side.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supporting a complex Lync environment (2010 or better) with IM, conferencing and voice deployed
• Experience as a technical Lead
• Experience with Lync 2013
• Sonus SBC experience or equivalent
• Strong knowledge and experience in supporting technologies (AD, networking, etc.)
• Familiarity with Exchange Unified Messaging
• Proof of passing Lync exams
• 3-5 years of Windows experience
• Troubleshooting complex mixed signal and media environments
• Working cross-functionally (networking team, etc.)

Nice to have

• Cisco Call Manager a plus or similar call management systems
• Experience with Polycom phones (VVX)
• Integration with Polycom video infrastructure preferred
