Talascend is currently seeking a Logistics Supervisor for a contract opportunity in Geneva, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Utilize your Warehouse expertise and supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment.
2. Provide daily operational guidance and lead the warehouse team responsible for company products.
3. You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide your team in operation of warehouse and other related processes.
4. You will use your leadership abilities to motivate and energize the team and drive process improvement.
5. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will balance team workload and drive exceptional team performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the smooth operation of warehouse to meet business objectives.
2. Drive team excellence, talent rewarding and retention.
3. Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operation through the company process.

YOU MUST HAVE:

High School Diploma or GED

WE VALUE:

1. Some experience in Warehouse or relevant functions in Integrated Supply Chain.
2. Expert knowledge of product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple product and process technologies.
3. Some experience in Supervision role.
4. Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams.
5. Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staff.
6. SAP experience.
7. Bachelor’s degree.
