About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Senior Logistics Analyst to provide support for the Research Directorate at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. This position will be onsite in Lakehurst, NJ.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst (LKE) Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) Department is responsible for Navy Aircraft Platform Support Equipment (SE), Aircraft Launch Recovery Equipment (ALRE), and provides support to additional Joint Service, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The successful execution of these efforts results in logistics, engineering, and cyber work products for each aircraft and associated support systems.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

• Act as logistics lead for the contracted effort in support of aviation SE/ALRE logistics programs or projects.
• Lead the application of logistics and technical services to support strategic decision-making for the programs/projects (DoD aircraft SE).
• Resolve complex problems.
• Perform logistics, technical, or business case analyses.
• Participate as a member of and/or support the DoD aircraft SE/ALRE logistics program and project team.
• Apply government-instituted processes for cradle-to-grave product support and logistics data management.
• Lead the activities of Journeymen and Junior Logisticians in activities related to the application of logistics techniques, policies, and processes.
• Perform tasks with little to no guidance.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in ILS.
• 5+ years experience developing and/or reviewing specifications, technical manuals, ordinance publications, drawings, and other engineering data and revisions.
• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA).
• Active Secret Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
