Position Overview

This position is pending contract award.

Job Description

The Sr. Logistics Analyst will support the Logistics Integration Support (LIS) Program at Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) in Albany, GA. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements, supporting daily and monthly reporting, forecasting material levels, reporting material status, and preparing briefs. The role requires decision-making within management parameters, applying concepts to moderate complexity issues, and resolving issues through immediate or short-term planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain reports and perform administrative and technical duties, including data collection, trend analysis, reconciliation, and documentation.
  • Follow and recommend improvements to administrative processes.
  • Handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with site and company policies.
  • Establish effective relationships within the department, company, and community.
  • Maintain professional skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize software applications such as spreadsheets, databases, and statistical tools for data and report management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum six years in related field).
  • At least 5 years of logistics systems experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Access skills preferred.
  • U.S. military logistics experience and MILSTRIP, MILSTRAP, DLMS experience preferred.
