What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assemble, coordinate, and upload Board of Directors meeting agendas and materials
- Provide administrative and clerical support for general office duties within the Legal Department
- Prepare and proofread litigation-related and transactional documents
- Manage administrative responsibilities related to department-owned contracts
- Assist with the development and scheduling of Legal training for the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience within Legal and/or Compliance
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an administrative or department coordination role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business or a legal secretary certification
- 5 years of work experience in an administrative, department coordination, Legal, or Compliance role
- Significant knowledge of Legal terminology and Board practices
- Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or other healthcare organizations
