As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Experience in a professional services environment coordinating, facilitating, and troubleshooting virtual classroom events
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills and ability to consult effectively across staff levels
Ability to work well under pressure and troubleshoot technology failures quickly and calmly to minimize the effects these difficulties have on presenters and learners
Experience hosting training sessions or meetings using virtual meeting tools
Must be able to ensure reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet working space since they will be hosting live, virtual sessions – this requires going to the PwC office when hosting sessions
Understanding of NASBA CPE compliance rules for live virtual training
Leveraging learning technology to support on demand and live, instructor-led training including registration and conference app technologies
Managing and completing learning management system [i.e., Learning Requests] and other workflow to support learner experience and compliance needs
Supporting various project activities including registration set-up and monitoring, materials management, instructor scheduling, content review, etc.
Managing multiple priorities and pro-actively troubleshooting and problem solving on a real-time basis, escalating as appropriate
Bringing customer service and a quality focus to the delivery of learning solutions to enhance the learner experience
Understanding of NASBA and AICPA CPE requirements and the impact on the learning solution project plan, design, and implementation
Understanding accessibility standards and the impact on the learning solution project plan, design, and implementation
Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.) and,
Leveraging the Google and Microsoft suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
